Pricing and Orders

All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes, duties, freight, or other charges unless otherwise stated.

SRS Industries reserves the right to correct typographical or clerical errors and to reject or modify any order.

Payment Terms

Open accounts are available subject to credit approval.

Unless otherwise stated, payment terms are Net 30 days from the date of shipment.

SRS Industries reserves the right to suspend shipments or revoke credit terms for past-due accounts.

Credit Card Payments

Credit card payments are accepted and encouraged. A 6% processing fee will be applied to all credit card transactions.

Shipping Terms

All shipments are FOB Origin (Seller’s warehouse). Buyer assumes all responsibility for freight, duties, taxes, and risk of loss once the shipment leaves the facility.
