Returns & Warranty Policy

Returns

All returns require prior written authorization from SRS Industries (Return Authorization – RA).

Returns are limited to Products determined by SRS Industries to be defective in material or workmanship.

  • Requests for return must be submitted within 10 days of receipt
  • Buyer must provide order number and description of the issue
  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted
  • Returned Products must be shipped prepaid by Buyer unless otherwise approved
  • SRS Industries reserves the right to inspect all returned Products to determine eligibility

Non-defective returns are not accepted.

Warranty

SRS Industries warrants that its Products are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use.

SRS Industries’ sole obligation under this warranty is to replace any Product determined to be defective.

This warranty does not apply to:

  • Improper installation
  • Misuse or abuse
  • Unauthorized modification
  • Application outside intended use

ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE DISCLAIMED.

Additional Terms

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • SRS Industries is not responsible for loss or damage during return transit
  • Replacement of defective Products constitutes full and final resolution of any claim
